Welcome to the professional home of Travis Green.

I’m an IT Automation Engineer focused on building systems that require less manual work, fail more visibly, and get better every time they break.

Over 14+ years in IT, I’ve worked across startups, high-growth companies, acquisitions, and global environments—building secure infrastructure, automating user lifecycle management, modernizing identity platforms, and turning repetitive support work into self-service systems.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of automation, identity, security, and AI. I build production workflows around Google Workspace, Rippling, Okta, Slack, APIs, MDM, SSO, SCIM, and lifecycle automation—including AI agents that can resolve common access requests without IT intervention.

My operating philosophy is simple: if I have to do something twice, I start thinking about how to automate the third time.

That mindset has led to zero-touch onboarding, automated offboarding, role-based access, self-service device workflows, security and compliance automation, and infrastructure designed around least-privilege and secure-by-default principles.

I’ve also led IT and security teams, mentored engineers, managed large migrations, and built operational systems that maintained 100% SLA compliance while reducing provisioning, support, and administrative overhead.

I’m currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at Western Governors University while continuing to deepen my work in AI, automation, and cybersecurity.

Automate everything. Secure by default. Keep learning.
